Set in Scarborough's beautiful valley, the Ashburton House is a family-run B&B that is just 10 minutes' walk along the tree-lined Valley Road from the South Bay and town centre.
The B&B has its own off-street car park. All of the charming and comfortable bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and are well equipped with TVs, DVD players, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks. Every year at least one of the eight bedrooms is fully refurbished. Throughout the public areas, the B&B aims to capture the charm and elegance of the late Victorian period, during which the property was built. The B&B offers an extensive breakfast menu and as well as serving a full English breakfast, also offers grilled kippers, smoked salmon and many other lighter options.

Directions
When entering Scarborough from either side you will see signs for the South Bay and Spa Conference Centre, follow these signs which will bring you onto Valley Road which is the main road that comes off the southern end of the South Bay. When you come onto Valley Road we are located in 100 meters down the road on the left hand side.
