The Windmill is a grade II listed eighteenth century building, The Windmill is located in Scarborough.
It offers free WiFi access and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac less than five minutes' walk from the town centre. With free limited parking, Scarborough Train Station and Stephen Joseph Theatre are also less than four minutes' walk away. Each room has a seating area, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, a radio alarm clock, iron and ironing board. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge. In the morning, a breakfast is served in the dining room. With a variety of options available, a full English breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals can all be enjoyed. There is also a vegetarian option. The guest house is less than a mile from The Spa Scarborough, a 17-minute stroll from Peasholm Park and 19 minutes' walk from Scarborough Castle.

Cottage-Shared Bathroom-Cornflower1-Self Catering
Cornflower Cottage No 1 is a single storey cottage in the courtyard adjacent to The Windmill. The Cottage can cater for up to 4 adults and one child. This Cottage has a double four-poster bed in one room with an adjoining single bedroom for a child up to the age of 12. There is a shared bathroom with a shower for these rooms and both bedrooms. The four poster room has its own LCD TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with its own LCD TV. Between the two bedrooms there is an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge with a well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer microwave electric oven/hob and dishwasher. The lounge area has a comfortable leather sofa and chair with LCD TV and DVD player. The cottage has gas central heating throughout and there is a charge for fuel used during your stay with the first ?10.00 of usage free if your stay is for 3 4 or 5 days and ?15.00 if your stay is for 7 days. Free wi-fi is also available. There is free parking in our courtyard for one vehicle and for the comfort and benefit of all our guests we are a non-smoking establishment throughout. Sorry but we do not accept single sex groups or pets in this Cottage. Please note our check-in times are from 2.00pm to 9.00pm. This Cottage can be booked over Christmas and the New Year but we ask for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The cottage has gas central heating throughout and there is a charge for fuel used during your stay with the first ?10.00 of usage free if your stay is for 3 4 or 5 days and ?15.00 if your stay is for 7 days. Free wi-fi is also available. Sorry but we do not accept single sex groups or pets in this Cottage. As one bedroom has a king-size bed and the other a double bed we can only accept one child in this cottage over the age of 12 years. There is free parking in our courtyard for one vehicle and for the comfort and benefit of all our guests we are a non-smoking establishment throughout. Please note our check-in times are from 2.00pm to 9.00pm. This Cottage can be booked over Christmas and the New Year but we ask for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

If you have a head for heights then you will love this unique suite situated on the third and fourth floors within The Windmill tower. You have exclusive use of the balcony and can walk all the way round The Windmill experiencing the outstanding 360? views all over Scarborough ranging from Olivers Mount The Castle the North Bay and surrounding countryside. On the lower floor of the suite is a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Internal stairs will take you to the floor above where there is a compact open plan lounge/dining room with remote control LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen area comprises an electric oven/hob microwave electric kettle fridge/freezer and dishwasher enabling you to cater for yourselves as and when you want to and not have to eat out every night. Heating is by electric radiators in each room and electricity used is determined by meter reading and charged accordingly with the first ?10.00 of usage free if your stay is for 3 4 or 5 days and ?15.00 if your stay is for 7 days. Free wi-fi is also available. For health and safety reasons children babies and pets are not permitted in this Suite at any time.
