The Ellenby is a family run 4-star rated sea front Guest House with panoramic sea views with views of the magnificent North Bay of Scarborough. Previously rated under the ETC Guest Accommodation scheme and awarded four stars for comfort and quality our Guest House offers many of the services of a Hotel but also manages to retain the individual personal touch in order to make your holiday in Scarborough more enjoyable. The accommodation offers a high standard of cleanliness comfort home cooked food and a warm and friendly welcome. All our rooms are en-suite many of which offer magnificent views of the east coast and the Castle Headland. We also have premier rooms which offer that little bit more luxury. The Ellenby's excellent central location make it an perfect starting-point from which to explore Scarborough. The sandy beach and coastline are close by as are Scarborough's other main attractions. These include Peasholme Park Scarborough Cricket Ground and the Theatre. The town centre with its many shops restaurants and pubs/bars are also not too far away. Directions
From Scarborough Railway Station turn right and at traffic lights turn left keeping to the right hand lane. At next traffice lights turn right onto Castle Road. Follow the road through one set of traffice lights until you come to a small roundabout turn left into North Marine Road. Take the second turning on the right then the next turning left onto Queens Parade. The Ellenby is about 200 yards down on the left.;
